“Telluride Ski Patrol Works To Negotiate New Contract Ahead of Ski Season”

The Telluride Professional Ski Patrol Association’s contract expired on August 31.

As winter quickly approaches, Telluride’s ski patrollers are working to negotiate a new contract with resort owners. 

Telluride’s ski patrol has been unionized since 2015 and is represented under United Mountain Workers as part of the Communication Workers of America (CWA), who also represent patrol units at mountains like Park City, Crested Butte, Loveland, Eldora, and more.

Telluride Professional Ski Patrol Association (TPSPA) is notably one of the only local patrol units with 100% union dues-paying members.
